Question from a customer about an order with missing items

Ok. I only gave 4 stars. Dude was awesome. I left the tip at the original value.

None of my canned goods were in the order. Yes, i suck, i didn't realize the order was short until he was gone.

Does this reflect on the driver, the shopper, the loader, or .. how does this work?

yes.. hammer my ass that i didn't check at the door if you must, fucking 90+ degrees in high humidity, i needed to get back inside and i reckon they did too. I just hope 4 star vs 5 didn't screw the driver on a failed mission (unknown who is responsible for it)

also. i finally got beef. *smiles*
