Can people understand that widow is a bad character:

because she can not win 1vs1 against most of duelist or healer characters in rivals and she is supposed to be duelist. No one is doing head shots all the time in this game. Her body shot is weak. Like I play every character, and I still never struggle 1vs1 against gm/celestial champion-lord widow players.

She isn't oppressive because she is pure aim character in a very fast paced 5 minute game, her stun is long cool down and it tooks to long for her to use her stun which puts her in great disadvantage in 1vs2 stiuations or if the opponent is about to re-gain their movement ability.

Her ult is just another do nothing burger. Literally no one plays her in winner teams.
