Is what happened during the breakup at all justified?

I broke up with my girlfriend because I had been wrestling with feelings of doubt and fear of never having children for months with her since she’s childfree and she’s known that I am not sure where I’m at.
After an emotional breakdown that turned into me admitting I want kids in the future and am afraid of where we’re both at in life, it quickly turned into a breakup.
This happened the day after her cat went to the vet and she was told he might have oral cancer.
Quickly I was asked to leave the apartment , we went no contact for the night.

Next day half my stuff was in the garage and she told me to come at 5 to talk and explain myself

First thing she did before we talked was open palm smack me across the side of the head causing ear ringing and glasses to bend.
Then as I started loading my car she took a metal lawn chair and smashed up my windshield.

Police came for and against my desires she got charged for malicious destruction of property . I withheld that she struck me physically
