Is it normal for me to be changing server addresses every few months?

Hi, I have a few accounts up and running for friends and family, all bought individually using the same reseller , and all been running since roughly Christmas time.

I've had to change the server address on all the accounts 3 times since December because the old ones keep dying :/ The reseller is always quick with a new address which works well for a while, but its a pain to go to every persons house and change the settings and that.

is this just the price of using OTT? Or should I maybe be shopping for a more reliable reseller?

I've got half a mind to just get my own panel (prob should have done that from the start tbh), but I'm guessing if I got that from the reseller I'd run into the same issue?
