Bedliner

I recently purchased a brandy new Canyon from a dealer 3 weeks ago. The bed didn't have a liner or anything so I had a spray in one done through the dealer who used an outside vendor. It's already starting to come off. Like I had a small bag of concrete in the bed and slid it out and an entire area is bare now. There's also plenty of other spots coming off. Like it was put on to thin. Is this a valid complaint or not really since their vendor did it
