24M, working as an analyst at a financial services firm in La Jolla. Clean, quiet, respectful roommate. Non-smoker, no pets. Regular working hours.

What I’m looking for:
• Budget: $800 - $1,000/month
• Move-in: Early July 2026
• Furnished preferred but not required
• Walkable to UTC ideally, but open to Clairemont, University City, Mira Mesa
