My figure doesn't move from the factory

I bought a Gabriel figure from Ultrakill. It was supposed to arrive between June and July, but it didn't. Now it says it will arrive between August and October.

And it hasn't moved since May. Like, there's no movement.

This is the first Youtooz figure I've bought, hence my doubts. I'm from Argentina.
