Settler Property Theory (SPT)
Settler Property Theory: this is Settler Property Theory (SPT) which shows how a nation of native citizens had land organized for settlements/housing where the settlers/residents expanded to new areas
settler
- native resident(free) of the nation
- citizen is born and naturalized White w/ honoraries
- predictable demographic core is White(origin: EuroNorthwest or Euro)
- expects property(land/housing/items)
- expects law(theft/violence)
- expects justice(judges/lawyers/prosecutors/cops)
property
- land/housing/items
- housing is coastal or inland
- land has a map/build/move process
society
- work/school/events supported by food/farming
- transportation either walkable or needed wagon/rail later car/bus
state_unlocks
- there are state unlocks when an area reaches population milestones such as 5k native resident males for partial statehood and 60k native residents for full statehood
- the resident count is "resident vs. other" but with the 2-resident principle it's "resident and resident-migrant vs. other"
nation
- a container of states with native resident citizens
- government has representatives/senate/president
population
- EuroNorthwest or Euro but native to the nation
- population growth is gradual and constant w/ 25-year double
example_regions
- East Coast, Great Lakes, Gulf Coast, West Coast
