Opportunities for OE

Recently, I got headhunted and was given an opportunity to have a 2nd job. I currently work as a software eng remote, second job would be the same. J1 startup- was one of the first devs, team currently growing, good relationship with ceo. J2 is an ecommerce company with a much proven business. Would be the only actual dev though. Planning to OE if J2 passes thru, any tips, recommendations or w.e. Both jobs in Canada. Mentioned in J2 that I'm currently open to opportunities and was contacted thru linkedin so they already know my current position.
