Best way to go about painting sensory paths on playground sidewalks?

I am a kindergarten teacher and my principal has given me the go ahead to paint sensory paths on our Kindergarten playground sidewalks. I am excited about the project and want to make sure I do it correctly. I plan to use mylar sheet stencils made with my cricut, but I need to know what kind of paint and method would be best to help these hold up. It would be high foot traffic, in Florida weather (sunny and hot, with frequent rainstorms at certain times of year). What type of paint would be ideal, and should I seal it afterwards with some kind of concrete sealant?
