Someone help!

Too keep it short and simple, im desperate for love. Im new to this whole manifesting idea and Im simply asking if any of you know a method on how to actually make a lover apear! I dont know if im supposed to like have a someone who i like, and then like manifest that they will love me. Honestly Im not sure i even fully belive in this magical idea of manifesting. But if you have any methods or tricks please tell me! Oh and I heard theres like forms of manifesting, id like to do a writing form, but I dont know where to start
