Tenacity builds on Akasha

So I recently switched to Tenacity on my Escoffee for my Skirk, because I just don’t have a very good Golden Troupe build and I don’t have a high-investment Skirk/Escoffier (nor do I have Furina, hence the ToTM)

My substats increased by a decent margin, though, but my build rank on Akasha just went down in percentage. I did also swap out my Cryo DMG% Goblet for an Atk% Goblet, since my Escoffee’s damage isn’t a huge portion of my team’s damage.

I guess my question is: Does switching to ToTM just cause Escoffee’s rank to go down on Akasha, or did it go down because I got rid of the Cryo Dmg Goblet?

Using Akasha on my phone is clunky as hell, so I don’t know if I’m just missing some page that would explain it, but it’s just kind of acting like my substats aren’t good enough when it’s a moderately decent build.
