How do I improve my posting?

The horse I last rode would stop trotting every couple of seconds, so I had to keep squeezing her and it stopped me from posting for a long time. And I’m having difficulty focusing on so many different things like steering, posting, squeezing every time I sit.

How can I improve to make it easier?
