Non monogamous, searching for a 3rd

Me and my partner have talked about playing around with a 3rd partner for some time now. At this point we are pretty serious about it but we are unsure where to start and how to find a willing 3rd. Any advice for first timers?

We are both 22 and reside in Portland Oregon :D
