How is the E340 still being sold?

I have never experianced junk like this my entire life. My RING worked FLAWLESS for YEARS. I never touched it once. My mind is blown that this garbage is being sold and not being reported or taken down. My 1 month old E340 is absolute WORTHLESS. I spend 180$ on IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
