Floor scrubber on white tile

I use a floor scrubber once weekly at the retail store I work at. We have white vct tile for flooring. We have heavy foot traffic and are dog friendly so dirt and dog pee is a constant issue. I cannot for the life of me figure out a better way to get these floors to look clean. The machine itself is older but just had a new vacuum put on it a few months ago, it uses a pink scrubber pad, and I’ve been using different degreasers as solutions. But no matter how slow I go or how many passes I do, while the machine pulls in plenty of nasty water the floors still look dirty. The only thing I haven’t tried is double passing because I don’t really have time for it, it takes me about 2 hours to sweep and machine the whole floor. Any suggestions? Lol
