This is not a sales post, but notice of a community open house. I’m a resident who is not selling anything. I think this post meets the subreddit rules, but if not, Admins please remove.

Lost Lake Resort is a private community of RV camping sites and park model tiny homes. Since we are a gated community, access is restricted to residents & visitors. On Sunday Jun 14th, there will be an open house for prospective buyers or people who are just interested in seeing the park. If you have been curious about ownership at Lost Lake, this is a rare opportunity to come see it!

More about Lost Lake Resort: we are a gated RV community, not a campground. There is no overnight camping. All lots are privately-owned and can only be rented directly from owners for minimum stays of 90 days. This preserves a sense of community and minimizes transient traffic. There are several units (both RV and tiny homes) available for sale or rent.

Since Lost Lake is organized as a Condominium community under Washington law, Owners & Residents are subject Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) that govern use of amenities & lots. There is a maximum of two residents per lot, without age restrictions. New resident RVs must appear to be less than 15 years old, fully operational, and in good physical condition. We are a mix of full-time and seasonal residents. We have an excellent Board of Directors who are engaged and work together to benefit owners and make Lost Lake a great place to live and play.

Residents pay a monthly COA fee and have full use of the amenities, i.e., a stocked private lake with dock & beach, club house, game room, swimming pool, fitness facilities, pickleball courts, mini-golf, laundry room, dog park, and 53 acres of walking trails with a gorgeous view of Mt. Rainier. We are an active community with many events, including pot lucks, BBQs, community theatre plays, karaoke, poker, game nights, Bunco, craft fairs, etc.
