how do i drink water?

i got put to sleep so no liquids since midnight leading uo to my procedutlre... my wisdom teeth got removed and i woke uo about 5 hours ago and cant drink water very well. its been 15 hours since i last had so much as a sip of water. i was wondering if ajyone has any tips? im veyr thirsty and very high sk im actually gonna cry if i dont grt waternsoon please help SOS😭😭
