Optional removal of moles

I’m a freckle fart from Kmart. I get skin checks every six months. I have a few suss looking moles and the doctors are always like let’s keep an eye on these. But they’re on my back. And they always stress me out. Are you able to get moles removed without them being bad? Or when they are pre-bad? I don’t know why I haven’t ever asked the doctor, maybe cause I’m practically nude in a sterile setting haha. I just want them gone. In Brisbane, if that helps
