Education documents for filing Eb3 i140

Hi all, I have my master’s degree and transcripts, but I want to know for my EB3 i140 filing process, do I need to also submit my degree & transcripts from my Bachelor’s (non US institution) 4 year coursework? If yes, does it need to be WES/NACES evaluated or can I submit it as is?

Anyone with Eb3 i140 success without having non US Bachelor’s credentials evaluated using WES or NACES? Thanks!
