Everyone kicked off two consecutive trains at west falls church to Vienna

All passengers kicked off not one, but two, trains to Vienna at WFC due to track issues. All of us waiting outside in very high temperatures, then thunderstorms. I tried to get a priority ride share, but was still a 20 min wait in a total downpour. I think I spent over 30 mins at this stop trying to figure out what to do to try to decrease my sanity to only make it worse.

This is my second consecutive day in a row being one of many passengers kicked off train - yesterday we were all kicked off at Dunn Loring.

Please WMATA do better with most consistent messaging and service. AFTER all this, the overhead announcement at WFC still kept saying no trains running to Vienna from WFC after multiple trains made it through to Vienna - it doesn’t make sense that you cannot immediately stop this message once the delay has ended.
