New fanmade ability for twisted dandy

For this ability dandy’s petals will spin and it will land on a random petal. Each petal will glow and activate different abilities. Green: dandy will spawn tendrils near every player. Touching these alerts dandy (these tendrils also act the same as sprout's) Orange: Applies confused V for 20 seconds Temporarily. Yellow: Will gain Catastrophic speeds and have a sight distance farther than pebble's temporarily. Blue: Will apply Tired V Temporarily and drain 1-2 machines. Purple: will spawn 5-10 advertisements (with dandy on them instead of vee) And you have to click on them 3 times for them to go away. Also gives you slowness V Temporarily. Red: Takes 1 heart from every toon on the floor. I know this is very OP and unfair so tell me how I should balance this. This ability is fanmade and not real And made by me
