[PC] [2025-2026] 2D action shooter with bullet ricochet mechanic

I saw a YouTube Short recently (within the last few months) from what I believe is a solo indie developer showing off their free 2D game. The art style was cartoon/stylized (not pixel art). The core mechanic was bullet ricochet. It was an action shooter, not a puzzle game.

Does anyone know what game this is?
