Parking Ticket England Appeal -

Hey all,

We have recently got a parking ticket for parking in a disabled bay by mistake(she thought it was a parent and child space as they are beside each other).

​

My girlfriend says she was in the shop for an hour so the fine does seem fair but on the letter they sent the start and end time are only 2 seconds apart. Do you think an appeal would be successful in this instance?

​

I know they have to give a 5 minute grace period, I was thinking we could be successful as they've got the times incorrect.
