Should I fire them?

Been working with this guy for years. I wont elaborate alot but would you fire someone you work with who entertains women while on the road?

How can you trust them and believe they wont lie to you if they lie to their spouse?

Full honesty, I’ve never seen them cheat but women love to flirt with him and they do like to touch him too.
