Advices ?

I'm making this post because I'm with my boyfriend for four months and he says he has ADHD, but he's not diagnosed and doesn't have medicine for it because he says that he feels comfortable with it , that is not the problem I believe him but I don't know I feel I sometimes overthink what he does,like when I ask him to say what he like about me he say he has trouble to put words and don't say anything or when he goes home he put YouTube and we not talking a lot because he gets on his video hand get almost upset because I interrupt him so If anyone has been with someone with ADHD or has ADHD I would gladly take advices.
