When do the phantom cries stop???

I still hear my babies(11months) cries ,basically everyday, when she's not crying- even when she isn't in the house or near me??!!!

I had bad PPA(and still do TBF) so I can imagine it definitely adds to the phantom cries but when will it stop??! Like, my body literally has such a visceral reaction to it and it makes me feel so on edge. Even when she's staying with her dad!!
