MPLAN AT IIEST OR MTP AT SPAV

Hey, I'm a fresh graduate from last year,and I secured an average rank of air 244 for planning (SPA) and ended up with SPAV(transportation planning),now after the ccmt counselling 1st round I have been allotted MURP at IIEST, shibpur, although it's an reputed college and has a superior ranking according to NIRF,I have zero understanding on how relevant it is comparing to SPAs, could someone kindly provide me with some insight,That would be a big help, Thank you!!
