Ideas for dinner sides for my Dad

So im having my dad over for dinner on father's day. I'm 30 but this is my second time ever properly cooking for my dad who has always been a phenomenal cook and I want for him to really be able to have a memorable fathers day dinner.

Im making a marinated steak for my dad, husband, and father-in-law on fathers day. My dad just informed me he follows a carnivore diet now. Ordinarily my husband has rice with his steak but im searching the internet for sides and nothing is jumping out at me. What are some ideas? Hes not very picky but preferably something everyone will enjoy as a side and any other tips you may have would be appreciated.
