Cgpa to percentage conversion

I will be filling out some government exam applications and need clarification regarding academic eligibility.

Does Parul University have an official CGPA/CPI to percentage conversion formula? If yes, where is it officially mentioned? Also, can students obtain a document or certificate from the university stating the conversion formula?
