Communist Germany path I remember isn't there

I wanted to confirm something cause I low key feel like I'm going crazy.

Does anyone else remember a communist focus tree for Germany after Gotterdammerung where there was a focus towards the bottom that just gave an ungodly amount of war goals but they each only lasted for two years so it was almost a speed run to conquer the world or your stability just tanked?
