So I got back into Destiny and redownloaded the game, and after messing around with the builds and fashion stuff, I finally decide to test some of the new artifact perks, and find that, for whatever reason, the screen just flashes brightly whenever attacking with a sword or bow.

It's deeply weird, because:

1. It's only happening to bows and swords as far as I can tell. Other weapon types didn't flash the screen when firing.
2. It works on multiple bows (though I only demonstrate one in the video, I tested four or five) and multiple swords.
3. For swords, the flash only happens when you hit something. For bows, the flash happens regardless, but changes 'shape' depending on if you're hipfiring or aiming.
4. My current settings are all high, but lowering them didn't change any behavior of this flashing.
5. During my testing of this, I unequipped my relic and mods, just in case it was some perk doing it. No dice.
6. It still happens outside the shooting range. I zoned into a couple planets to test it.

Is this a bug? Has it always been like this and I just forgot? Is there some setting I'm missing here? Am I just going insane? It's really frustrating because a BIG part of what I enjoy in destiny is the way bows and swords feel compared to other shooters, so 90% of my loadouts are just. Bow + sword. But this is basically unplayable for me.

[Photosensitivity Warning] Screen flashes white on sword and bow attacks, bug?
