What do you miss most about the last backup software you used?

I'm currently building a backup tool and want to understand what existing solutions still get wrong.

What did you find lacking or frustrating about the backup software you used most recently? Missing features, poor UX, performance issues, unreliable restores or something else entirely, I'd love to hear your real-world experiences!

Thanks in advance 🙏
