Martial Artist - Hybrid Bow & Quarterstaff Build?

Wondering if it's feasible to make a hybrid bow and quarterstaff build for the Martial Artist. Not expecting S-Tier DPS (eg. Hollow Form) but a feasible build to clear T15 primarily with bows, while using some quarterstaff skills for mobility (eg. Flicker Strike) and boss damage (Bell).

Would path of building be the best tool to simulate this? Or are there newer tools available?
