will low childhood score effect diagnosis outcome?

hi, so recently i was referred to CARE adhd, for an autism and adhd assessment, however, my dad (who is almost 70) has scored me alot lower than i think i should be for the childhood/lifetime questionnaire, i used to live with my mum at the time and he has iffy memory. but both my self reports, school observations, (that were done specifically for a dual asd and adhd assessment) and adult informant, score incredibly higher than my childhood report (literally like 3/40, which is incredibly uncommon for even a neurotypical child) . his current behaviour report of me also scores alot higher. my issue is i don't know if they will look at the school observations. im worried this could significantly jeopardise my outcomes as im only 17. any advice?
