Will drinking with friends for one night ruin my progress

Some friends of mine invited me to drink with them tonight so I was wondering if i should tell them im not drinking or would it be fine for one night I haven't drank any alchohol in about a month and it was only a small amount not enough to get drunk on I also never get very drunk only slightly buzzed im only at the beginning of my 4th week after a month long decon
