Renal Cat Food Donation

I recently moved to portugal with a cat with kidney problems. When I bought all the kit for our house we wound up with a store credit and bought a bunch of the store brand renal food. Our old retired cat won't eat it, so we have quite a bit of renal wet food we can't use. Are there any cat charities, or just folks with a less picky renal cat I can give all this to?
