Hi everyone,

I asked the mods before posting this, because I know apartment bots can be a sensitive topic here.

I built a Telegram bot for apartment hunting in Berlin, mainly because I was tired of checking many websites manually every day, like ImmobilienScout24, HOWOGE, GESOBAU, Gewobag and others, without knowing if a listing was new or already too late.

The bot checks multiple apartment sources and sends instant alerts when a new listing matches your filters.

What I tried to focus on is filters, because everyone is searching differently. You can filter by warm rent, size, number of rooms, WBS, shared apartments, sublets, swaps, listing sources and more. I also recently added a filter for wheelchair-accessible apartments, after someone here suggested that filters like elevator or ground floor would be useful.

Since I started it on 19.05.2026 until today, 12.06.2026, the bot has passed 500 users and sent more than 250,000 apartment alerts based on each user’s filters.

I attached a few screenshots of viewing appointments I received after using it. Personal details are blurred.

Of course, the bot does not guarantee getting an apartment. It only helps you react faster when new listings are published, which can make a big difference in Berlin.

To be transparent: there is a 7-day free trial, and after that it costs €5 for 30 days to help cover server and maintenance costs.

I’m sharing this mainly to get feedback from people who are also searching. What filters or features would actually be useful for you?

Good luck to everyone still searching for a home.
