Xbox 360 Error 8015000A on Xbox Series X

Hello, I’ve been trying to download my old Xbox 360 profile so I can play 360 games online, but every time I attempt to download my profile I get the same error 8015000A, I’ve spent the past day and a half trying to figure this out and no luck, have any of you had any problems with this?
