On Tuesday, June 16, at 9 am EDT, Luigi is set to appear before Judge Gregory Carro for his next NY state proceeding. Unlike his sealed May 18^(th) hearing, this one will be public, and we should finally be given more details about the state litigation calendar, including voir dire and witness list deadlines. The defense has just submitted a request for Luigi to be allowed to wear civilian clothing in court.
