Do you think that we are the brain/body or beyond the brain/body?

Like either our brain is basically all we are and after death it’s just all over , or, there’s something beyond , like souls , consfiousness , etc and death is not the end

Which one u think? I’m just thinking about this because time has been going by so fast lately that before I know I’m gonna be old and then dead , so I beee to know what to expect
