Looking for anyone who may have known my brother (13) from 1993

My brother, Dominic Namnard, was murdered in 1993 at the age of 13.
My family and I used to live in Elk Grove and CH before we moved to a different state in 1996.
Does anyone remember him or know him and have information about him and/or the people he hung around?
Or maybe anyone who knows some information about his case?
Or even if you just have stories or memories about him (small or long)

He went to Grand Oak Elementary and then Sylvan Middle School during the time of his death.
