Could i get this appealed

Recently i have gotten to my final written and my manager had me come to him and he told me about it by himself and later that day 2 other managers came and were about to talk to me about it and i told them the 1 manager already did and they seem shocked and asked me if im sure so next day hr calls me in and say i was a witness to an investigation stating my manager was supposed to get another manager and have a group huddle with me about the write up but didnt i should’ve asked the lady i was talking to but apparently the 2 managers had told hr about the situation and launched an investigation is that enough for me to get it appealed?
