Dorans helm

Has anyone tried dorans helm on akshan? Im having some succes in low master going sword+refillable and shoving wave 4 into cheat recall. If you fast push you dont lose any minions and get more value out of the pot, making you extremely tanky early game against any matchup. Its also insanely good with jack of all trades, and lets you get it fully stacked really early when building your second item in many builds (hubris+stormrazor forn example), and makes it so that you can still oneshot the wave even if you bought helm which doesnt give any ad.
