MC Bedrock vibrant visual is crashing or my pc too bad?

I bought a computer with very good or decent specs

Ryzen 7 8700F 8 cores

16 ram 52000MH

and a GPU Radeon RX 7700

and a 2k AV 144hz monitor

but for some reason my minecraft bedrock is stuck in 60 fps and the fps drop by half whenever i get close to the water, I assume it's because of the reflections or something. IDK if Minecraft bedrock is specially cpu or gpu intense, I think I should know, seem im going to study software engineering soon. OR if Mojang has to fix this performance issue, but it's getting annoyig tbh . Any tips or critics to this problem? This is the only game I have a problem, in Resident Evil, I get over 100 fps esaily.

Oh, and if i put borderless mode, the fps drops horribly, and i cant see the fps counter from amd software.
