Higher review

What are the odds that my sleep Apena is approved even though in the past they denied me since I never really got it checked out. When I was in I didn't think i had sleep apena because I thought it was lack of sleep working 18 hour days and getting maybe 4 hours sleep tops. I figured once on shore duty it would be normal. It wasnt until I met my wife and i was on the way out that she mentioned to get checked out. I left the Navy and a few years later I received the Sleep Apena machine from the VA but they couldn't connect it because it wasn't in my record. All of a sudden I have a random higher review appointment (which i did not ask for.) coming up and im going to use lay statements from a friend and my wife to use. Are the odds still low for approval?
