Looking for advice on black artifacts in videos.

I need some help cause I am at a loss. I posted in video editors but this might be a better spot. I shoot video on a Lumix s5ii in Vlog (RAW footage)

However when I go to edit the footage has these black artifacts that pop up randomly. If I switch PCs they are not there. Drivers are up to date on my pc.

Also I edited footage in Sony slog and did not have this issue.

The artifacts show up in DaVinci Resolve as well as VLC.

Let me know if you have any advice of where to start troubleshooting.

• Using Resolve Version 21 (happened on earlier version though too)
• Footage: 30fps VLOG , 5952x3968 ( happens in other res though)
