Cholestasis at 36+3

I brought up to my OB at my visit 3 days ago I was having intense itching at night. She said she would do a bile acid blood draw just to rule out cholestasis. I got my results back today, and it came back as 24 and showed normal range as 0.0 - 10.0 umol/L. I’m concerned now after doing reading. I didn’t get a call back from my OB yet, but a nurse reached out and said a different provider that’s not my regular reviewed it and scheduled me an appointment 4 days from now. I’m making myself anxious knowing I’ll have to go through the weekend and wait until Tuesday to discuss this. Anyone have experience with this? Is it non emergent?
