Automatic payments

I'm new to Ramp and we're still slowly getting setup.

We're integrated with netsuite and are using bill pay, treasure and expense.

My question is how is everyone handling payments made outside Ramp?

For example, almost all our rent is paid either via the landlords portal or via auto debit.

​

We put the invoice into Ramp and mark it as "pay outside Ramp"

​

Then when the payment comes through the Ramp bank account it naturally wants to sync this transaction into netsuite. But I can find a way to link the transactions in Ramp.

I ended up syncing all the transactions into netsuite then manually linking them together in netsuite. This isn't the end of the would but it is clearly less than ideal.

I talked to my AM about it and her repose was "why would you pay for things outside Ramp?"

​

This can't be a unique scenario for me and I can't believe there isn't a simple solution. How is everyone handling payments made outside ramp?
