USA Undergrad to Australia Graduate

Hello, I am currently halfway done with a bachelor of science in speech language and hearing science at a top tier university in the US. I am currently doing pretty involved research with my own long term project, that could allow for publications in my final 2 years. I would like to go to graduate school in Australia. I know that I want to go into neuroscience and slhs academia as the end goal. Should I jump straight into a Neuroscience PhD or get some sort of masters in research or coursework first? I am wondering if getting a masters in coursework for neuroscience related information would add to my knowledge and make me more desirable since my background is more niche, or if I should get a masters by research to build my profile before the phd. Ive read many of these types of questions, but haven't found any that deal with moving from USA to Australia.
